Since OE Group was founded by Dr. Hassan Othman in 1989, then known as Othman Establishment, our company has remained dedicated to providing and distributing pharmaceutical and medical products and services in order to improve the health and quality of life for the people of Syria.
In 1991 the company expanded its services in medical recruitment to start pharmaceutical distribution activates and was the sole wholesaler to many of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in Syria.
In 1999 the company established its marketing office as the first entity specialized in marketing pharmaceutical and healthcare products in Syria.
In 2000 a major milestone to OE came through when the company combined the services of its distribution network and marketing office and became OE Group as the first distributing and marketing company in the area and a market leader in the Syrian healthcare market.

In 2001 OE - Marketing Office started the marketing activities to promote the Himalaya licensed products in Syria, and had appointed 21 Medical Representatives to promote The Himalaya Drug Co. in the Syrian market.

In 2003 OE signed an agreement with Drou Pakhsh Pharmaceutical Mfg Co. Iran, to market and distribute there products in Syria. DP's Persocaine (dental cartridges) has become a market leader among its competitors in Syria.

In 2007 OE signed an agreement with 21st Century Health Care USA, to market & distribute thier products in Syria, 21st Century is one the largest international manufacturers of dietary supplements in the United State today.

In 2008 OE signed an agreement with Bharat Biotech India to market & disribute their products in Syria. Bharat Biotech is one the largest biotechnology manufacturers in India.

In 2009 OE signed an agreement with Pooyesh Darou Company Iran, to market & distribute their products in Syria. Pooyesh Darou is one of the most well established biotechnology companies in Iran and Middle East.
